Signature House - Modern City Studio

Positive: Great facilities in the room, including cooker, fridge microwave, decent hair dryer and an iron and free access to Netflix, Negative: Just a little thing, only 3 coat hangers could have done with a few more

A convenient place to stay for work, well equipped and clean Positive: I have used Signature house three times for work, and it is always clean, tidy and comfortable. I prefer the upper floor flats to the ground floor for security but it’s always been quiet, well equipped and clean. This time had a hairdryer and an iron which are useful. Would stay again for work as a single person Negative: Ground floor flat felt slightly less secure than upstairs

Quality studio with laundry facilities on site. Positive: It’s clean, has everything you need including adequate kitchen for a short stay. Negative: It is small but it is also value for money

Perfect for one. Really good. Positive: Very new, clean and very well appointed even with tea and coffee (exc milk) for the kitchen. Negative: Too small a bed for two to stay. Only one chair and no bedside table. Room was rather hot. Luckily a fab was provided.

Positive: excellent location, comfortable and clean room.
