Compensation would be in order Positive: The reason you have this score is because shortly after arrival my wife injured her shin on the corner of the bed frame,I requested a First Aid kit which when found was almost empty.The injury was fairly serious.My anger was that there was no follow up from the hotel staff as to her condition which was seen by the staff member who delivered the Kit.(Photos are available if required.)I am not a happy person.L.Morison Negative: Staff follow up,Huge problem with Health & Safety rules & Regulations as far as the First Aid kit is concerned.

Almost perfect if the beds were a little bigger Positive: Great location. Just a 10 minute walk from the Coventry station and the city centre but in a quiet neighbourhood. Squeaky-clean. There's a convenient store just a 2 minute walk from the apartment and a few decent places to eat and have a drink, all within a 3-4 minute walking distance. Negative: The bed we had in our apartment was one of those student double beds (3/4 doube, not a full double) so it wasn't the most comfortable. There was no iron or ironing board in the room which wasn't a deal-breaker but ideally they should provide more hangers, not just 3.

Ideal for a short break, close to city centre and free parking a bonus Positive: Clean, decent facilities, perfect parking, great communication. Negative: Area was extremely noisy through the night with very loud activity outside until early hours.
