Signature House - Modern City Studio

Positive: Great for a short stay

Positive: Location Negative: No one from the management was at the property the entire stay. Rooms are not cleaned and I don't understand why they should take a 100 quid deposit. It's not a hotel. It's a hostel. There is a Bar next to this place and Saturday nite was a nightmare with drunk people screaming and shouting till 3 am . Sunday there was a party ...again non stop screaming and shouting.

I wouldn't stay there again. Positive: It was small but clean. Probably student accommodation. Negative: Information regarding access to the apartment didn't come through until we'd been sitting outside for an hour and called them 3 times. The bed was quite small for two adults. We'd booked for 2 adults but they provided only one towel. It was very hot and the window would only open about two inches. Not in a very nice part of Coventry.

Positive: The landlord / property manager was very helpful. We needed to check out later than planned and they were happy to help us. The place was clean and had most of the things we needed. Everything was easy to use & the instruction from the apartment's handbook was very useful. Would highly recommend staying in this place.
