Signature House - Modern City Studio

Break Negative: Have stayed here numerous times, but this particular occasion is was noisier than normal

Positive: Thanks was great

Positive: The studio is clean and bright Negative: The bed isn't big enough for two people Cooking pans are very limited They only gave one loo roll for 2 people Often heard fights outside as you are right on the back of the Humber pub

Positive: The room was very clean and the kitchen area had everything you needed. Windows opened wide so the room stayed nice and cool. The shower was powerful and the water temperature was perfect. Quite and very peaceful. Buses nearby and very easy walk to coop for food. Communication was very good and clear and easy instructions on how to gain entry to building. Negative: The lack of.parking but this is made clear on the booking. There is parking available in street opposite. The worst bit, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I could feel the springs in the mattress. Which was a pity as I had no other complaints.

Positive: Nice and clean very good looking 👌 Negative: No phone signal and the fan just not stopping keep blowing cold air. Also no radiator room is freezing on the corridor it's warmer than inside!
