Positive: Very well designed. Clean. Everything I needed in one place. Nice comfy bed. Easy and safe check in. Good instructions. Quick response from staff online to my questions. Would highly recommend for a reasonably priced stay in Coventry.

It was lovely and accessible. Positive: Nice, clean and comfortable. Also, the cooker was amazing that can help people with timings, it helped me a lot. Negative: Nope except the pillows which were a bit lumpy but ok. Also, the hallway was hot with the heating too high, and when I relaxed on the bed I can feel the banging through the wall.
