Good Rooms Positive: It is a clean, well arranged room and apartment. Negative: The arrangements to get the code and key at the weekends. The parking is small as compared to the number of cars.

MAs são desonestos e não devolvem o dinheiro que eles pedem para fazer a reserva Positive: Estacionamento Negative: Cheguei na acomodação a cortina estava estragada , na saída eles querem me cobrar 75£ . Eu aluguel por 7 dias e fiquei somente 3 dias . Quando saí eles tinham que me devolver o calção que dei de 100£ . Já se passaram 9 dias e eles não me respondem e não me devolvem o dinheiro que eles obrigam a gente a depositar no ato da reserva . Já liguei várias vezes e mandei menagem e eles não respondem e não me devolvem o 100£ a cortina estava estragada e eles alegaram que foi animal de estimação que fez isso. Eu vim do Brasil somente por uma semana para Londres e não tenho animais de estimação. Eles estão agindo de má fé com os hóspedes. Eu quero receber os 100£ vou atrás dos meus direitos

Positive: the flat is super clean, quiet and safe, the shower is great, everything works perfectly

It's good enough to.go back. Negative: The pillows are quite thin. Could do with some extra pillows. Also the bed is a small medium. As a 6ft5 tall guy, I'm unable to share the bed with my partner. It's way too small to be classed as a double occupancy bed.

Positive: The ladies who clean the building are lovely and friendly Negative: - Some characters in the building a little unnerving - The area it's self is a little rough round the edges - The studios are overpriced for what they are and the area they are in - Attention to smaller detail will show carpets coming up at the edges, bathroom sink liable to fall off if you put your hand on it - Plastic flooring in kitchen coming up at the edges - Some sort of gunk and mould on the hand wash on arrival - Toiletries provided are cheap and already half used - Only 1 loo role provided - Inside of bathroom mirror full of mould and damaged Ql
