Apartments OK, let down by incorrect information and lousy processes. Positive: Apartments were nicely finished and quite convenient for the city centre. Beds and pillows were firm. Processes were disastrous (see below) but staff were pleasant and helpful. Negative: Administration was a disaster! Apartments were advertised as having free parking - they haven't. The booking.com website still says this although I queried it over a month ago and was told it was wrong. The guidebook you get when you book says the local car park is £3.50/day; it's actually £6.95/day. They don't give you a code for the lockbox in advance; we got an email after lunch on arrival day to say we should phone for the code on arrival. What a cack-handed method! Also, the WiFi codes in the guidebook had changed but the info in the apartment hadn't been updated.
